BOOKING INFORMATION IMPORTANT
Per Week: For lets of 7 nights or more. The week starts at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10.00am on the day of departure.
Per Night: For lets of less than 7 nights. Lets starts at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and finish at 10.00am on the day of departure.
The arrival and departure times are strict and cannot be changed due to insurance and cleaning reasons. This includes the leaving of luggage and personal items in the apartment before your arrival time and after your departure time. If you require this facility. Luggage can be left at the Train Station's left luggage department just around the corner from the apartment.
Minimum lets:
August is 7 nights Saturday to Saturday and New Year and Christmas are 5 night minimum lets.
All other lets are a minimum of 3 nights.
A refundable damage deposit of £75.00 will be required. This will be refunded to you by post after your stay on satisfactory inspection of the apartment and the return of the keys.
The prices will include for a set of linen for the bed/s, towels (1 Bath 1 Hand per visitor), Gas, Electric, Hot water, Taxes and the apartment to be cleaned before your arrival.

- Select your DATES, MONTH and year and CHECK AVAILABILITY
- If your dates are available click on the 107 Royal Mile Edinburgh link
- Select the correct YEAR and tick off theNUMBER OF NIGHTS you wish to stay at the apartment on the month/s of your choice
- Click the MAKE BOOKING tab
- Fill in the Booking Enquiry Form: Your selected dates will automatically be added to the form
- State in the box marked ENQUIRY if you want 1 bed, 2 beds, travel cot
- Click SEND COMPLETED ENQUIRY
