The FAQ

Q . We are coming by car. What's the parking like?
A . You can park outside the apartment free of charge every night and from 18.30 saturday night until 8.30 Monday morning. There are quite a few pay and display car parks in the immediate area and free street parking is within a 15 - 20 minute walk away.
Q . Are towels, linen, gas, electric and taxes included in the price?
A . Yes. Towels, linen, gas, electric and taxes are all included in the price.
Q . What is the refundable damage deposit and how do we claim it back?
A . This is an amount of money you send to us to hold until the apartment has been checked and the keys
returned after your stay. It is also held in case we incur excessive cleaning charges from our housekeeper, if a tradesman has to be called due to unaurthorised interference with the apartments services such as the boiler
etc. or if items of value are found to be missing. It is automatically returned to you only when we have satisfactorily checked the apartment, always by post in the form of a cheque and in GB Pounds.
Q . Is the apartment suitable for the disabled?
A . The apartment is offically on the 2nd floor and has no lift (elevator) so it is not recommended for the wheelchair bound or people who have difficulties with stairs.
Q . Can we smoke in the apartment?
A . No. The apartment is strictly non smoking.
Q .Can we bring our pet/s with us?
A . Sorry, for health and safety reasons we don't allow pets in the apartment.
Q . We have a baby, is there a cot we can use?
A . For a hire fee of £20.00 you can have the use of a travel cot.
Q . Are there washing, drying and ironing facilities in the apartment?
A . Yes, there is a washer/drier, iron and ironing board in the apartment.
Q . How do we receive and return the keys and how do we find the apartment when we arrive?
A . We will send you the keys along with a stamped addressed jiffy bag to return them in. We will also send you under separate cover, directions to the apartment.
Q . Does the apartment have a socket for an electric razor?
A . Yes there is a shaver socket in the bathroom.
Q . Is there a bath tub?
A . Yes the bathroom is equipped with both a bath and an over shower.
